At Magapor, we understand that real development is not measured solely in terms of technology, innovation or business growth, but also in the impact we have on our immediate environment.

One of our main objectives is to add value to rural areas, actively contributing to the economic, social and professional revitalisation of the region. From our headquarters in Ejea de los Caballeros, we work to generate opportunities, promote quality employment and retain talent in rural areas.

Retaining talent and skilled employment

Our commitment to young talent is one of the pillars of our local development strategy. So far in 2025, we have formalised four internship contracts that allow young people to join multidisciplinary teams, gain experience and start their professional careers without having to leave their local area.

In addition, we promote stable, skilled and local employment policies. More than 70% of our workforce lives in the region, a figure that reflects our commitment to retaining the population and preventing the brain drain.

Promoting the environment beyond business activity

Our contribution to the region goes beyond the economic sphere. We actively participate in social initiatives, collaborate with educational centres and support local associations and sports clubs.

In 2024, we promoted more than 30 social initiatives. Among these actions, we highlight the collection of materials for ADISCIV, an association dedicated to supporting people with mental disabilities, as well as the sponsorship of local football teams, promoting healthy habits and sport as a social bond.

In addition, we reinvested 4.5 million euros in actions with a direct impact on our social environment, reinforcing our involvement with the territory.

Technological development is another key pillar of our strategy. 25% of our workforce is dedicated exclusively to R&D&I activities, demonstrating that cutting-edge innovation can also be driven from rural areas.

The solutions developed by Magapor not only seek to improve the efficiency and sustainability of swine reproduction globally, but also to generate opportunities in the region. This commitment allows us to integrate science, technology and social commitment, building a growth model that benefits the company, the sector and our environment.
