Research once again played a leading role at ITM 2026
As part of the 18th edition of the International Technical Meeting (ITM), the Magapor–University of Zaragoza Chair held a new edition of its scientific poster contest, an initiative aimed at promoting research and giving visibility to scientific work in the field of swine reproduction.
During the congress, the 12 finalist posters selected by the jury were exhibited, while the three winning projects were also presented by their authors to attendees, sharing their research and results with industry professionals.

This initiative reinforces the Magapor–University of Zaragoza Chair’s commitment to applied research, knowledge transfer, and support for scientific talent as key drivers for the advancement of the swine sector and the continuous improvement of swine reproduction.
With this contest, ITM 2026 once again consolidated its position not only as an international forum for technical exchange, but also as a platform showcasing researchers and new scientific developments with direct application in the swine industry.
