The Magapor Integrated System integrates and automates, through Gesipor software, all the processes involved in the production of semen doses, with total traceability.

Magapor Integrated System:

  • Gesipor: Software specially designed for the management of boar studs.
  • Products for a total traceability on the collection area:

    • GSP reader.
    • GSP portable printer.
    • GSP printer labels.
    • Electronic ear-tags and identifiers.
  • Magavision: Artificial vision CASA system.
  • Extenderbox: High-precision automation of the re-constitution and extender dosage processes.
  • E-Dispenser: High-precision dosage of extender and water flow.
  • Bagmatic: Automatic packaging and labelling of semen doses.
