The company will continue to be led by brothers Juan Jos\u00e9 and Jes\u00fas Mena Geric\u00f3, maintaining its current organisational structure and business activities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Art\u00e1 Capital is a private equity firm specialising in the Iberian market.
